Nightingale + mingle. Two far-off lights.
Nightingale + mingle → Nightingle
The nightingale is the bird that sings at night. Its night song is how it calls out to a partner, across the dark, to someone it cannot yet see.
To mingle is to come together and spend time among each other. Nightingle joins the two: an evening that brings people together, even when they are far apart.
That is why we use the moon over two windows.
